July has a been a busy month.On June 28th our Church opened its Firework Stand.Freedom Fireworks.This is out biggest fun raiser of the year.It takes a team to make up a successful booth.I really enjoyed the fellowship of the Church.gathered around the booth.Some nights we had 45 people.People brought food.The youth had a blast standing on the corner holding their signs.Yelling FIREWORKS....And we did great this year.Almost selling out everything.We had a raffle to give a way a bicycle.A young girl named Dana won the bike.Boy!was she excited,                                                              And more good news.My best friend Mark got a job.(In California that's hard to do)He's been looking for work over a year.He signed on with a Temp Agency. They assigned him to a warehouse to fill orders for fireworks.Just so ha...

Well time to do a little recap of the past week.On Monday I went to the library to make copies of a document for my Client, I realized I had an error on my the letter.Asked the librarian If I could use white out to cover up an "S".She coldly replied "We don't supply the public!!!!!" I walked out a little mad.thinking, what   does my 1/8 th library tax increase go towards?  , I got in my truck (which by the way I just paid $693 to replace the radiator and hoses) As I drove off, across town to make copies.All of a sudden I felt a sting on my back,I had to pull over and get  fight a bee. off me. I don't know which stung worse the cold librarian who wouldn't cover my" S "or the bee sting.                                         To make matters worse.My glasses that I bought last Aug... $200 frames broke right in half . they were not under warra...

Well, Here it is March 1rst and thought Id update on a few things.First today is my God Sons 4th Birthday."Happy Birthday Luke."He is very Special to me.So Smart and such a happy Child,And Tech Sauvey(Helps me with my Smart phone lol) Also Im 10 pounds away from goal weight again )As I posted in my last blog.Thank God.                                     But most importantly Ive been taking my Sister to bloodwork& Doctors appointments.Her lab work came back with some good numbers.Saturday My Sister Bonnie will be down at my house to stay a few days and The three of us will be going to San Francisco at U.C.S.F. For to take our Sister to have a series of test ran.We are praying that God will make a way that she doesnt have to have the liver transplant.But if she does.God give her the strength to recover and help...

                 Today was a nice sunny day here in California,In the 60's for Feb. I picked up my Sister Trisha and we went to Morris Nursery to buy some plants for my garden box.I thought it would be nice to get her out of the house.She had received her packet about the test there going to run for her liver transplant.Trish,Bonnie & Myself have to be in San Fran March 5th for three days.To go over different options.(Pray for her please) Shes been doing well.Sober a year and a half now.                                                                      ...

Update Hello Folks, Just stopping by to Write an up date.This picture was taking last year after losing 45 pounds. Sure feels great when people start to notice,In the stores you shop at,Church, Family get together, etc."Wow, you look great,You lost some weight! "Well how did I look before?Now a year later and 30 pounds back on. Last Year Feb 2010 SUPER SIZE THAT I try and avoid THOSE people and places. You run into them (literally cause your face is buried in a bag of chips) They see you now.....AWKWARD!!! So you start wearing black,or heavy jackets,Nothing you can do about the three chins.A scarf around your neck in 105 degree weather,is a give away. All kidding aside. Hold on, dripping ice cream all over my keyboard:::::OK I'm back,I have started my healthy eating AGAIN,Lost 10 pounds in three weeks.And just 2o more to go. I cut out most meats and sugar.That usually works for me.Justifying it.I did keep the weight off a year.Then BOOM is was back.     ...

Dear Dad, The day has come. Its been one year ago today we lost you. I say we Cause I'm speaking for your daughters,Also for your dog(Mouse) And Myself. Last night I was thinking.One year ago on this day the 19th.Dad you were here.You were right here with us.The guys were putting in the new wooden floors in the livingroom and hallway.You said it has to be done by that night.You asked me to call Bonnie,to drive down from Placerville To go with us to your appointment.Trisha and Dee both were here that night. And I went and got dinner for us all.And the house was full of comotion.And I didnt understand why you insisted on the floors being done.I was so worried about the procedure you were having done in the morning on the 20th.(But you werent)At home that night.Iremember you sneaking up behind Bonnie and blowing in her ear.You scared her so bad,she screamed at top of her lungs. You fell flat on your face .resting it on the back of the couch.I havent heard you laugh that hard in years...
