GOOD BY 2012, HELLO 2013

 Sitting here at work.I am at " The Estates"Working a 2.30 pm to 8 am .First client is Sarah S.  2:30 pm to 8 am The second Francis J.(right across the hall) Is from 8 pm to 8 am.( I have a twin bed in the living room on the night shift.I sleep when she she sleeps.YES I'm working on News Years Eve  I am grateful to God for the job Even though I'm missing celebrating the New Year with my Church Family.We have Church tonight from 8 to 11 pm, then afterwards a lot of us get together and eat/ fellowship. I decided to work.
                                                  Tonight work had a News Years Eve dinner in the dining hall for the residents that live at "The Estates".It is a real nice place one and two bedroom apartments.Two story. About 100 apartments.They had the dining hall decorated and different kinds of food. My  buddy Mark worked till 8pm, So we all sat together, He is a character.
He was letting two of the ladies 88 and 89 feel his muscles at the dinner table, They giggled like High school girls. Oooed and Awed over him. We had a lot of fun. It was a Blessing for him to come in and assist. He and his Wife had plans, but he needed the work so he came in for awhile. I love sitting and listening to the elderly tell there stories.
When we would ask a question about their lives there eyes would like up.
They'd tell it with such detail .

                                      As I look back on 2012 I'm trying to come up with a list of huge accomplishments and goals. Truth is nothing really comes to mind. Except that fact I am grateful. I still have my Family and my health (Sounds clique) its true, having lost most of my Family and being healed by God after a two year illness of H pylori and Ulcers,
I am grateful.My goal was to buy  a home in 2012, but not yet.
I love the house I'm renting. It feels like Home to me.
I say that because in 2010 I lost my home of 30 something years to a crooked bank scam.
After moving I had to renew my driver license. I realized from the age of 18 to 45.
 never had to change the address on my D.L. till now.
And I remind myself, God has a plan for everything, That includes Change.

                                       
I am looking forward to 2013. Great expectations, and planning on enjoying life a little more, Blessed to have my little dog  Nuggett  with me.
                         To many years of heartache and sorrow.Time to see what new things are in store for Johns World. 
I want to wish you a Blessed New Year and may you smile a little more, laugh often and ease up on the worrying.

Hello Blogg er's, Let me up date you.Oct 20Th at noon my home went into foreclosure.13 months Ive fought this nightmare and I had the money to pay them off three weeks ago.How frustrating is that?.I cant even begin to tell you how helpless you feel.My lawyer dropped out of sight three weeks ago(hope he's doing OK) Thank GOD for my loan agent.He was down there at the court house.He said there were such cut throat people buying up other peoples homes.I was suppose to be there.Couldn't get out of bed.Ulcers got the best of me.So he handled it.There was a bid, but he stopped it.Now it seems I might get MY HOME at a lower cost.Will know in seven to ten days.Pray for me that this all goes Thur and this nightmare is behind me once and for all.i DO NOT want to lose my home my Mom built with her bare hands.We've had in the family thirty years.Its means everything to me.Again thank you for letting me vent.F.Y.I. TAKING MY HOUSE FROM ME

Well I got the news today, After 13 months of paper work in and grieving the loss of my Dad. The papers came yesterday and the calls today. You have 60 days to be out, you are an unlawful detainer.The house your living in sold Oct 20th,I had gotten the loan. I got the attorney Mayhem Ford, I filed and faxed.  did everything I needed to do. And now they tell me under FHA policy I have to move 30 years of my parents stuff and empty out the house.So they can take a picture of the house empty. They tell me with such compassion. I almost believe them.Someone's been lying to me. I am going to court Feb 19th and present my case. I've been so sick with ulcers and H pylori This is the home that my Dad and Mom built with their bare hands, My Dad lived in less then two years. He was building it while battling lung cancer, None of us knew he was sick.( Not even Mom). This is the house where every holiday was spent. Many Christmas's and Thanksgiving dinners with Friends and Family....

Where Did All The Bloggers Go??

Hello. I will keep this short,I guess at this point Im really writng this for myself.Everyone seems to have flocked over to Facebook,My Space,Twitter.We live in the right now, Got keep it short and move on Time. So I will keep it short.My home that I lost.I moved out of Feb 20th.They called me today and excepted my bid and Im signing the contract friday.Im still half heartly believing this,Those few who have followed me, no the stuggles and heartache I've endured the past 15 months.We shall see.Just wanted to write it down. I guess I will see you somewhere out in the world wide web.My Pastor always said The internet is like a web.Once it traps you. your in.So anyways back to my online blog.Which no longer has readers to comment.Its now simply a journal with ones personal thoughts like they use to have in the olden days .So I guess I will get the key out and lock the cover so no one reads the contents.
