DECK THE HALLS

Sitting here at home. I'm watching Christmas movies and brought out another box to unpack. Christmas is fast approaching .In November I made up my mine. This year I will get out all the decorations.Last year I didn't even buy a tree. Just didn't feel like it.(I was missing the Family home and My Parent to much.) But now I've decided, what better way to have them be a part of this Christmas, then to bring out ALL Mom&Dads' decorations. So I unpacked seven Containers.I've got to say It made me feel better. And it feels like CHRISTMAS In My HOME..Funny how every ornament tells a story, or a Santa triggers a memory.I am greatful for the time I did have with my Family.
Enough of that.So I put on the Christmas Music the ol fashion way.Direct TV channel 300 something and Me and Nug began to deck the halls.I even put on my Dads Santa Hat.Nug ran &jumped in the chair,Trying to hide( or cover her ears.)Not sure. I busted out with fa la la la la la la la la. She began to shake.I said "C.Mon Nugg join in." It was all fun and game..... til I caught a glimpse in the mirrow. No wonder she shook.Nearly scared myself..Oh well ,it gave me a good laugh. After a couple hours of decorating I felt a sense of Peace.I have so much to be thankful for. Blessed with great friends. My friend Mark stopped by with lights he bought for me & he put them up,His wife gave me several Ornaments to add to my collection.Very nice.So it does feel like Christmas in Johns World.
