Just three more days til all the decorations come down and the tree gets tossed out. Not ready to let December go.Is it a rule we have to put everything away Jan 1rst?.......... Hello everyone, Sitting here watching my three year old and six year old God Children.Whew, where does all that energy come from?Found out the hard way how much power two Short bread cookies can do. She had a stroke, While in the hospital they found several blood clots in her leg and wanted to amputate.But her heart was to weak for surgery.So the Family decided Hospice would take over and keep the pain under control.I sat with her awhile,She held my hand. Sitting here at home. I'm watching Christmas movies and brought out another box to unpack. Christmas is fast approaching .In November I made up my mine.This year I will get out all the decorations.Last year I didn't even buy a tree. Just didn't feel like it.(I was missing the Family home and My Parent to much.) But now I've decided, what better way to have them be a part of this Christmas,then to bring out ALL Mom&Dads' decorations.So I unpacked seven Containers.I've got to say It made me feel better.And it feels like CHRISTMAS In My HOME..Funny how every ornament tells a story, or a Santa triggers a memory.I am greatful for the time I did have with my Family.
