Hello Bloggers , Just wanted to post. Ive been fighting for my house over 13 months. So many times I wanted to walk away. But Ive held on and asked for prayers. II received that letter stating that I was being sued as an unlawful detainee in my own home . Well on Monday Jan 11 Th . My loan agent had two letters writing for me. One from him and one from HUD. They said the house will be mine. I am buying it. My loan went Thur and HUD is working with me to buy it. I do have to move EVERYTHING out,Get and appraisal and then they'll let me move back in. I only have to pay what the home is worth now.And the Agent wrote should take a couple a weeks to get this done.Thank You Jesus, And to all who have been praying for me.Oh what a long difficult process this has been. I rented a storage bin and will move everything out into the portable storage that's parked in my drive way and I can stay in my Motor home till its all finalized.So please keep praying.And I'll update you all ...

Well I got the news today, After 13 months of paper work in and grieving the loss of my Dad. The papers came yesterday and the calls today. You have 60 days to be out, you are an unlawful detainer.The house your living in sold Oct 20th,I had gotten the loan. I got the attorney Mayhem Ford, I filed and faxed.  did everything I needed to do. And now they tell me under FHA policy I have to move 30 years of my parents stuff and empty out the house.So they can take a picture of the house empty. They tell me with such compassion. I almost believe them.Someone's been lying to me. I am going to court Feb 19th and present my case. I've been so sick with ulcers and H pylori This is the home that my Dad and Mom built with their bare hands, My Dad lived in less then two years. He was building it while battling lung cancer, None of us knew he was sick.( Not even Mom). This is the house where every holiday was spent. Many Christmas's and Thanksgiving dinners with Friends and Family....

Well last night Me ,My Sister Trisha and Bobbie went to watch Bobbies daughter Lilly in A Christmas play.The High school students did a real good job. The first play was a comedy called Mrs Claus Saves Christmas.And their was this one girl who was very tall and played a ditzy , Clumsy elf named Tiny.She was so funny.The sold out crowd laughed so hard. And the ironic thing is Lilly is named after my Mom Lilly.And my Moms nickname was Tiny.So in away my Mom was watching over her name sake grand daughter.The second play Lil was in She played one of the Angels who sang off key and at the end they pulled it all together,We took pictures afterwards.Then we all went out to dinner.Nice evening.Trisha and I stayed the night with Bobbie&Lil and They decorated the tree.While I supervised and took pictures Will add them here this week.Hope everyone is spending some quality family time. Hello, Not sure if anyone read blogs anymore.Now that were all on face book, And hooked on Farm town or Farmville. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving. Mine started Wednesday night.I picked up my Sister Trisha and we headed to Bobbies to stay the night.Trish wanted to get some of the cooking done.Bobbie had to work til 8 p.m. Shes a caregiver,Caring for an elderly with Alzheimer. She works 12 hour shifts five to six days a week and comes home mentally drained.Its a very hard job.(I know I to am a caregiver.)I just started working for a Lady thats is 83, I feel like she is in the middle stages of  Alzheimer.Thanksgiving was real nice,My nephew and his wife came and my other nephew came solo.His girlfriend was with her family, So he was in and out.BORED. Bobbies Sister Ann and her boyfriend were there,I set my laptop up so my sister Trisha could see her daughter Misty and her two grandchildren in Texas live, SKYPE isn't any charges to use it, and its the next best thing to seeing ...

Hello Bloggers, Finally good news without complaints. Oct 25th was Mine and Bobbies Birthday.I picked up my sister Trisha and went to Oakdale,Then the three of us went to a nice resturant called Cindy's.Good food.Of course I had the grilled chicken Saled.(ulcers) And Trish had a huge cheese burger and fries.(mouth watering) And Bobbie had a plate of Enchiladas,rice and beans.(smelled good)And we were doing a lot of lauging.Ive been eating ginger root dailey to heal my Ulcer.(In Jesus Name) And I am feeling better.Thank you everyone for your prayers,Still waiting for the final on the house. Im still holding on to my faith(Hebrew 11:1) My prayers are with you all and hope everyones doing well. Stay healthy.NOTE.... Hello Blogg er's, Let me up date you.Oct 20Th at noon my home went into foreclosure.13 months Ive fought this nightmare and I had the money to pay them off three weeks ago.How frustrating is that?.I cant even begin to tell you how helpless you feel.My lawyer dropped out of sight three weeks ago(hope he's doing OK) Thank GOD for my loan agent.He was down there at the court house.He said there were such cut throat people buying up other peoples homes.I was suppose to be there.Couldn't get out of bed.Ulcers got the best of me.So he handled it.There was a bid, but he stopped it.Now it seems I might get MY HOME at a lower cost.Will know in seven to ten days.Pray for me that this all goes Thur and this nightmare is behind me once and for all.i DO NOT want to lose my home my Mom built with her bare hands.We've had in the family thirty years.Its means everything to me.Again thank you for letting me vent.F.Y.I. OK folks Im back,Ive been away for awhile. I got sick,And sorry to say sarted farmtown.forgive me. But Wanted to blog about my weekend. Mt sister came down for four days.So much fun.We walked down town.Wanted to shoe her our new remoldeled downtown. Them our friend Bobbie.The one thats been on an an excercise eat right kick,(has lost 85 pounds in ten months) Anyways we went to the gym with her.We had a great time.
